Warranty Policy
At Zariya, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
Coverage
- All electronic/electric devices (facial cleansing devices, LED masks, massagers, hair tools, etc.) come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects.
- Non-electronic items (serums, creams, accessories, tools) are covered under our Return & Refund Policy instead of warranty, since they are consumable/personal-care items.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Items that stop working under normal use within the warranty period
- Missing parts or accessories that were listed with the product
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, water damage (unless the product is marketed as waterproof), or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after the warranty period has ended
How to Claim
- Email us at zariya.infoo@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo/video of the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
- Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement, repair, or store credit, whichever is applicable.
